2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
2 fresh red chilis, chopped, with seeds to taste
¾ cup fresh young coconut flesh
¼ cup fresh coconut water, or more as needed
freshly ground black pepper
Blend the bell peppers, red chilis and coconut meat in a high-speed blender until completely smooth. Add coconut water as needed to your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
